Turning leadership priorities into action.
Chief of Staff Advisory for founders, CEOs and leadership teams.
We work with leadership on priorities that cut across functions and require a clear decision, coordinated action and sustained follow-through.
How ready is your business for scale, new capital or an exit?

Chief of Staff Advisory
Scale, new capital and a change in ownership each raise the same problem. The priority that follows crosses functions and belongs fully to none of them.
Finance, legal, commercial, operations and people may each hold part of the answer, while leadership remains responsible for bringing those perspectives together and deciding what happens next.
MUNDUS CRAS provides Chief of Staff capability to founders, CEOs and leadership teams under a defined mandate. We bring together the relevant stakeholders, information and perspectives, sharpen decision-making and carry leadership priorities through to execution.

Why MUNDUS CRAS
Ambitious businesses deserve the discipline that large organisations take for granted, without losing what makes them distinctive. MUNDUS CRAS was built to bring that discipline to the founders, CEOs and leadership teams shaping the world of tomorrow.
Our experience comes from working inside the decisions and execution that shape a business: transactions, carve-outs, financial close and periods of rapid growth, across the Netherlands, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf region. We bring Big Four standards to businesses at pivotal moments, while respecting the instinct and entrepreneurship that built them.

Jeff Sarfo
Founder and Managing Director
Jeff brings ten years of experience across international business and Big Four advisory. His background spans early audit work at EY, finance and business control at Suitsupply, audit and risk advisory at Deloitte, and later M&A transactions, carve-outs and complex project delivery with PwC Middle East.
He founded MUNDUS CRAS to bring that cross-functional business experience closer to founders, CEOs and leadership teams at moments when an important priority extends beyond any one discipline.

Frequently asked questions
Chief of Staff Advisory gives founders, CEOs and leadership teams senior, cross-functional capability around priorities that span functions and cannot be resolved from one specialist perspective alone. MUNDUS CRAS brings the relevant stakeholders, information and perspectives together, prepares the decision and stays with the priority through execution.
It becomes relevant when an important priority begins to require more coordination, judgement and follow-through than one function can reasonably provide. Common triggers include scale, new capital, an exit or change in ownership, a strategic project, transformation or another cross-functional priority that sits directly with leadership.
An internal Chief of Staff is a full-time position within the organisation. MUNDUS CRAS does not fill that position. We provide the Chief of Staff capability under a defined mandate, for as long as a specific leadership priority requires it.
Alongside them. MUNDUS CRAS does not replace existing management or specialist advisers. Where a priority spans several functions or disciplines, we bring the relevant inputs together into one decision and course of action, and coordinate execution.
Most engagements begin with a question that has been circling for some time without being settled. Where that question is clear, an Executive Review is the shortest route to a considered answer. Where it is not yet clear, a confidential conversation is the better first step, and it carries no commitment.
