Chief of Staff Advisory
Get the capability, without the full-time appointment.
MUNDUS CRAS provides Chief of Staff capability to founders, CEOs and leadership teams under a defined mandate.
Chief of Staff Advisory
What a Chief of Staff does
A Chief of Staff is a senior role working across functions on the CEO's behalf, preparing decisions and carrying priorities through.
Finance holds part of the answer, legal holds another, commercial and operations hold the rest. A Chief of Staff brings those answers together, weighs them against one another and takes the priority to a decision. Work that would otherwise sit on the CEO's desk moves.
Chief of Staff Advisory is that capability, provided as an advisory mandate rather than filled as a position.
What the capability brings
Connect
PEOPLE, INFORMATION AND PERSPECTIVES
Finance, commercial, legal, operations, people and external advisers working from one shared management view, which brings those perspectives together without replacing the expertise behind them.
Sharpen
PRIORITIES, CHOICES AND DECISIONS
Options assessed, assumptions tested, and a decision that holds up when others ask why. The decision stays with leadership. What changes is the basis on which it is taken.
Drive
OWNERSHIP, PROGRESS AND EXECUTION
A clear management rhythm, timely escalation and delivery against commitments. A decision that does not move into action has not yet changed the business.
A mandate, not a position
An internal Chief of Staff occupies a role. Chief of Staff Advisory is engaged around a mandate.
A permanent appointment requires recruitment, onboarding and a role built into the organisation. A mandate does not.
A mandate can be agreed in writing and begin as early as the following week.
MUNDUS CRAS works within a defined scope, period and management priority. That gives leadership additional senior capability for as long as the priority requires it.
When the priority has moved, the mandate closes and the organisation carries it forward.
