How We Work
Four ways to work with us, each defined by the mandate.
Every engagement is set by a mandate: the question or priority, the term and the fee, agreed in writing before work begins.

Executive Review
TYPICAL STARTING POINT
One management question, before leadership commits to the next move.
WHEN IT FITS
- A decision is close, and the question underneath it has not yet been settled.
- Leadership wants an outside view before committing capital, people or time.
- The question crosses functions and needs one view across all of them.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A detailed written assessment setting out the findings, their implications and our recommendation, followed by a debrief.
WHAT IT ASKS OF YOU
An intake conversation and a debrief, typically around 45 minutes each, together with access to the information required for the review.
Fee
EUR 2,950
- Five working days from a complete intake
Recurring Advisory
Senior judgement around priorities that continue to evolve.
WHEN IT FITS
- Priorities shift from month to month, and leadership wants continuity of judgement.
- The CEO wants a senior counterpart outside the line organisation.
- Decisions recur, and each one benefits from the same outside view.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Senior judgement within an agreed management cadence: preparation for key decisions, challenge where it sharpens the decision, and follow-through between meetings.
Fee
Fixed monthly fee
- From three months
- Defined management cadence
Project Mandate
A defined priority that needs structure, ownership and delivery.
WHEN IT FITS
- A priority has a clear objective and needs to move from decision into delivery.
- Several functions are involved, and ownership across them needs to be clear.
- Leadership wants a defined end point rather than an open-ended engagement.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A defined mandate carried through to an agreed end point, with clear outcomes, ownership and leadership visibility throughout.
Fee
Fixed project fee
- From four weeks
- Clear scope and ownership
Interim Advisory
Additional senior capability for a defined period and mandate.
WHEN IT FITS
- A period of growth, change or demanding delivery needs senior capability now.
- Leadership wants senior attention on one priority for a set number of months.
- Leadership wants that attention without adding to the permanent organisation.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Senior capability alongside the existing team, under a written mandate with clear responsibilities and an agreed end point.
Fee
Priced to the mandate
- One to six months
- Defined responsibilities and end point

Route Finder
Two questions.
One starting point.
Not every situation names itself. Answer two questions and we will point to the advisory area and the format that fit what is in front of you.
Question 1 of 2
What priority needs to move?
How an engagement begins
CONVERSATION
A confidential conversation about the priority. We aim to respond within one working day.
SCOPE
The question or priority, the format, the term and the fee, agreed in writing before any work begins.
START
A mandate can begin as early as the following week.
Commercial basis
The Executive Review carries a fixed fee. Recurring Advisory and Project Mandate are quoted as a fixed monthly or project fee once the scope is agreed. Interim Advisory is priced to the mandate.
Our role is advisory. Every decision remains with leadership.
Confidentiality
Every enquiry, every document and every engagement is treated as confidential. Client names appear only with written permission.
What is the priority that needs to move?
Tell us what is happening in the business and what you are trying to decide, change or achieve. You do not need to know which format fits before getting in touch.
