MUNDUS CRAS means
“the world of tomorrow.”

Strategic advisory
on decision-making,
capital allocation and governance,
bringing institutional judgement
to creative organisations
with commercial ambition across Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

WHAT WE OFFER
We work as a long-term decision partner to founders and leadership teams when growth raises the stakes.
Our role is to bring clarity to the choices that shape trajectory, discipline to the commitments that shape flexibility, and structure to the authority that sustains execution.
The work is structured across three pillars.
1. Strategy
Strategy matters most when the next decision sets your trajectory.

When a creative organisation grows, momentum can quickly turn into fragmentation. MUNDUS CRAS support founders and leadership teams decide what truly matters, in what order, and how the business should be positioned, so direction stays clear when pressure rises.

What this looks like in practice:
-
A clear strategic thesis that the whole leadership team can repeat without improvising
-
A priority stack that makes trade-offs explicit, so focus is protected and energy is not diluted
-
A sequencing roadmap that turns ambition into an executable arc, reviewed as reality evolves

Outcome: Less fragmentation, more momentum. A business that moves with clarity, stays aligned, and remains coherent under pressure.
2. Capital Allocation
Capital allocation matters most when choices become commitments.

At a certain stage, pricing, hiring and investment decisions stop being reversible. MUNDUS CRAS brings financial judgement to the decisions that shape freedom: how you price your work, protect margin, and invest without quietly trapping the business in a cost base it cannot carry.
What this looks like in practice:
-
Pricing and margin architecture that reflects the true value of your craft and the reality of delivery
-
Guardrails that keep spend, hiring and investment decisions disciplined, not emotional
-
An investment agenda tied to return logic, cash protection and capacity, maintained over time
Outcome: Stronger economics without compromising taste. More freedom to invest in the work that compounds, with downside protection built in.
3. Governance
Governance matters most when responsibility expands beyond instinct.

As the team grows, decisions cannot live in someone’s head or in a group chat. Without clarity, speed drops, politics rises. MUNDUS CRAS helps leadership make authority explicit: who decides what, how accountability works, and how alignment is maintained without meeting overload.
What this looks like in practice:
-
A decision-rights map that clarifies ownership, escalation and accountability
-
A leadership rhythm that keeps alignment tight while protecting creative bandwidth
-
A governance spine that strengthens trust, oversight and execution quality as complexity increases

Outcome: Cleaner execution, fewer bottlenecks, and a leadership system that scales without diluting culture.
THE PRECISION OF BOARDROOMS AND
THE PULSE OF THE
CREATIVE CULTURE
MUNDUS CRAS is a boutique consultancy for creative organisations with commercial ambition. We advise founders and leadership teams on decision-making, capital allocation and governance, bringing institutional judgement to the moments that shape trajectory and long-term value, with an international perspective across Amsterdam, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Jeff Sarfo, a strategy and M&A professional with more than a decade of experience across PwC, Deloitte and EY, founded MUNDUS CRAS to bring corporate discipline into the creative economy. He began his career at Suitsupply during the brand’s global expansion, an experience that shaped his understanding of how creative ambition and commercial execution must evolve together.

Through MUNDUS CRAS, Jeff and his team engage when scale introduces complexity and judgement becomes the advantage. The work bridges institutional judgement and creative leadership through clear decision criteria, disciplined capital choices and governance that sustains execution. Decisions remain coherent under pressure, while creative culture is protected.

Recognised as a subject matter expert at PwC Middle East and an ambassador for JINC, one of the Netherlands’ leading youth organisations, Jeff is also a thought leader at the intersection of capital and creativity.
